The Manifestation Effect: Feel. Think. Create.

Did you know Abracadabra is an Aramaic word that literally means “what I speak is what I create”? Isn’t that just magical? But, wait, could it be true that you only speak what you think?

What’s also amazing is that the mind (yes, your mind too) is capable of thinking over 70,000 thoughts per day. And, 90% (over 63,000) of those are the same thoughts from the day before. How could this be and how many of them are you even aware of? Well, let’s ask Dr. Dispenza…

Same feelings/emotions drive the same thoughts…
Same thoughts lead to same choices…
Same choices lead to same behaviors…
Same behaviors create same experiences…
Same experiences produce same feelings/emotions…
Same feelings/emotions drive the same thoughts…
And repeat.

Well, yeah, it sounds like a movie where the actor lives the same day over and over. Except that it’s not really the same day, but a repeat of the same patterns. And there’s more. According to Dr. Dispenza, how you think, feel and act reflect your personality, which in turn creates your personal reality. It’s how you identify with the world and how the world identifies with you. So, to create a new life, you have to create a new person(ality). This can be called evolution and here’s how it would look…

New feelings/emotions should inspire new thoughts…
New thoughts should lead to new choices…
New choices should lead to new behaviors…
New behaviors should create new experiences…
New experiences should create new feelings/emotions…
New feelings/emotions should inspire new thoughts…
And repeat.

Now here’s a new perspective on the saying ‘thinking outside the box’; the box being your own brain, your personal sound system that too often gets stuck on replay. Depending on how old you are, you probably remember ‘boom boxes’. They just keep blasting out whatever is playing on the station tuned to or on the cassette the listener popped in to it. It’s the same with your mind and brain – what you put in is what’s coming back out. Ready for change? Let’s count it down…3-2-1-break! The game is on! Start to feel-think-create your life on your terms. Wake up in the morning, and instead of the business of thinking the usual, invoke a new wish. Shout “yes” on clap and be ready for it.

Here’s a sample thought:
“What would it feel like to hold $10,000 in my hand right now?” Let your mind wonder. Allow yourself to fully imagine the feeling of holding that $10,000.

It’s time to think about what you think about. As for me, what am I thinking now? Only thoughts that elevate my self worth and my net worth.
